9-11 years

This session will introduce children to the services banks can offer. They will learn about the difference between goods and services, and how we might choose one service over another. They will discover what it means to be a critical consumer and think about how their choices might be influenced.

KEY LEARNINGS

  • The idea that everyone should be a critical consumer
  • Many factors can influence the choices we make about money
  • How to make a decision about what to use by comparing services
